How to Import and Export Data in LoiLoNote
Importing and Exporting
You can import and export data to share LoiLoNote content with other users.
This is the easiest way to share data with many people at once.

Exporting Data
Notes
【Step 1】 Log in to your LoiLoNote account.
【Step 2】 Open the folder containing the Note you want to export. Tap the Option Button.icon and select Export.
【Step 3】 Select the Note(s) you want to export and tap Export in the top right corner.
The file(s) will be saved to your downloads folder.

Materials
【Step 1】 Open Materials.
【Step 2】 Open the folder containing the Material(s) you want to export. Tap the Option Button.icon and select Export.
【Step 3】 Select the Material(s) and tap Export in the top right corner.
The file(s) will be saved to your downloads folder.

Note:
These steps also apply to the LoiLoNote app on iPad/iOS.
You can only view exported data by importing it; the contents are not visible immediately after download.
Importing Data
Notes
【Step 1】 Log in to your LoiLoNote account.
【Step 2】 Select the folder or Subject where you want to import the Note.
【Step 3】 Tap the Option Button.icon and select Import.
【Step 4】 Choose the file and tap Open.
【Step 5】 Tap Start to complete the import.
Note:
These steps also apply on iPad/iOS.
Only files with the .loilonote extension can be imported.

Materials
【Step 1】 Open Materials.
【Step 2】 Open the folder where you want to import the Material(s). Tap the Option Button.icon and select Import.
【Step 3】 Choose the file and tap Open.
【Step 4】 Confirm the file name and tap OK.
Note:
These steps also apply on iPad/iPhone.
Only .loilomaterials files can be imported.
Materials can only be imported/exported in the "Personal" box. Make copies if needed.

Importing from Google Drive on iPad/iPhone
Files stored in cloud services like Google Drive must first be downloaded to your device.
Once downloaded, you can import them into the LoiLoNote app.
Tips
Exporting Data in Bulk
You can select multiple items or tap Select All to export them all at once.

Importing Data from a PC
Images, videos, and PDFs can be used as cards.
Supported formats:
Images: jpeg, png, gif
Videos: mov, mp4, webm
Audio: mp3, aac, wav
Note:
Some video/audio codecs may not be supported. If needed, convert files to standard formats before importing.
